I am a certified technical writer and translator passionate about transforming complex processes into clear, accessible content. Fluent in Finnish and English and proficient in German, I specialise in creating technical documentation for diverse audiences.

I hold a Master's in Translation and Interpretation for Finnish, English, German, and Russian. This foundation led me to a career in translation and technical communication. I began in smartphone localisation at Nokia, managing localisation projects for many languages, refining user interface content in English, consulting product and software teams on language adaptation, and ensuring linguistic quality for end-users across different regions.

At Accenture, I transitioned into product documentation and technical writing, contributing to global internal and external projects for over 13 years. I developed technical documentation, including testing analysis, tutorials, troubleshooting guides, product descriptions, and end-user guides. As part of the global documentation team, I was a valued linguistic professional, improving technical content readability and providing linguistic consultation for developers in multicultural teams.

For the past two years, I have been freelancing at WriteWisely, offering technical writing, translation, and localisation services tailored to client needs.

My strength lies in years of collaboration with software professionals, making software feel like second nature to me. I excel at turning technical information into practical, user-friendly content for diverse stakeholders, regardless of their expertise level.
